The three-masted schooner Marité is back in Fécamp!

The last French sailor Terre-Neuvier, the Marité will stop at Fécamp from May 31 to June 6. Moored on Quai Bérigny, it will welcome the public and schoolchildren for a whole week, around a festive program that will combine theater and music.

The arrival of the Marité in Fécamp remains a strong reminder of the city's long maritime history. This will be an opportunity to discuss the holding in July 2022 of Fécamp Grand Escale, an international meeting for traditional sailing yachts of which the Marité will be one of the stars. , Other prestigious ships will also be present: Belem, Hydrograaf, French, Etoile du Roi, Renard, Angéle Aline and again the schooners Etoile and Belle Poule. Nearly 150 units are thus expected under the high cliffs in the summer of 2022, for a great celebration on land and at sea.
