A new international maritime event in Normandy : a cultural event, a great popular festival in the monumental natural setting of the "Land of High Cliffs"!

Located in Normandy, Fécamp Grand'Escale will be the not-to-be-missed maritime festival for its first edition in 2022 (the 2020 edition has been cancelled due to the covid19 pandemic). Hundreds of traditional and classic boats, small and large, from Normandy, Brittany and all Northern Europe will report to the Normandy port.

Every day, 2/3 of these exceptional sailing ships will leave the harbour and sail around, visible from the main beach, but also between Fécamp, Yport and Etretat, along the magnificent landscapes of the high cliffs of the Pays de Caux.

Visitors are expected on the quays, the piers of the port of Fécamp, but also on the large promenade and on the top of the cliffs between Fécamp and Etretat. They will enjoy sea outings, concerts, exhibitions and numerous activities, and of course visit the French and European maritime heritage sailing ships present in the port.

Fécamp, a thousand-year-old, authentic port, which was populated by seafarers who practiced cod fishery and built prestigious ships, has at heart to preserve their built and floating heritage, together with its oral traditions, its songs, its cuisine, its art of living.Fécamp, a Norman port open to the world!
